The company takes maximum measures to prevent and minimize the negative consequences of players’ participation in gambling. The priority rule of the company’s activity is strict compliance with the principles of responsible gaming.
Basic principles of responsible gaming
A player can be:
A physical person who has reached the age of 21 at the time of participation in the gambling game;
is capable person;
is not in the Register of persons who are restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling;
participates in a gambling game of his own free will.
Player or visitor identification:
Identification of a player or visitor includes the collection by the gambling organizer of information about:
surname, first name, patronymic (if available) of the person;
age (date of birth) of the person;
presence or absence of a person in the Register of persons who are restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling.
Restrictions on the player’s participation in gambling:
The gambling operator does not allow persons who have restricted access to gambling and persons with pronounced gambling addiction (ludomania) to participate in gambling.
Prohibition of stimulating a player’s loss:
The gambling operator does not provide players with any bonus payments, gifts and/or goods (services) in any form, does not use other types of promotion, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact that the player loses in a gambling game.
The information for the player:
Dear Player, in the consumer’s corner, you can read information about the decision to issue a license for the organization and conduct of gambling, the rules of the gambling operator, the rules for visiting a gambling establishment, the rules for conducting gambling and the rules for responsible gambling.
Social interaction:
If at any moment you no longer enjoy participating in gambling and understand that participating in gambling harms your mental health or worsens your financial condition, you may prohibit yourself from participating in such games by personally submitting an application to the Organizer and/or to the authorized body for self-limitation. The application (form) is located in the consumer’s corner. Please note that self-restriction done in this way will prevent you from playing with any gambling operators.
If you have doubts about whether you should use self-limitation to participate in gambling, answer the following questions:
Did you gamble while working or studying?
Have you ignored your own financial well-being or the well-being of your family in order to gamble?
Have you ever sold your property or taken out a loan to participate in a gambling?
Have you ever taken a part ingambling more than you intended?
Have you ever thought about suicideafter gambling?
If your answer is “yes” to at least one of these questions we recommend you to restrict your ability to participate in gambling and ask for help from organizations that help overcome gambling addiction.

Awareness of the staff of the gambling operator:
“IMPERIA AZARTU” LLC values its visitors and makes maximum efforts to prevent gambling addiction, therefore the Administration systematically conducts briefings with the staff of the gaming hall on the principles of responsible attitude to gambling, definition of criteria for pathological and problem gambling addiction, and measures, which are aimed at preventing the cause of game addiction in players.
